6 Keys to Being Yourself

Being able to be yourself without masks or pretense… regardless of what your neighbors or friends think of who you are? Is this a dream or a possible reality? Because social pressure is intense. It sometimes—or all the time—forces us to say yes when we mean no… The secret lies in discovering why we wear these masks, letting go of them, and taking back control.

1. Off with the masks
Identify your wounds so you can let go of them. Our wounds are not who we are; they have simply attracted certain life experiences—rejection, betrayal, abandonment, humiliation, injustice, and so on.

2. Healing Your Wounds
Once identified, the wound can be easily healed. Stop turning a blind eye; accept what we carry instead of running from it like the plague. Only then can we begin to let go of it.

3. Use therapies to address every aspect of who we are
We are made up of energy and multiple bodies—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Let’s address every aspect of who we are to achieve deep liberation. Color, art therapy, or sound can help with this transition.

4. Stop burying your head in the sand!
Living with a clear awareness of who we are and what is happening at every level, every day from the moment we wake up, is essential. The days of burying our heads in the sand are over.

5. Create magic in your daily life with everything that is
Let’s transform our thought patterns and set our intentions. Every day, it’s important to take control of the system in line with what we hold dear, so that nothing is left out. Let’s craft our own phrases. I choose or I command… even if I’m afraid, I don’t believe in it, I have doubts, I think it’s impossible…

6. Reconnecting with the Universe and Letting Go of Our Resistance
By accepting all that is and what we have chosen to embody, we release our resistance and become one with the Universe. A new paradigm is emerging, one in which we can finally Be ourselves!
